The main function of a headstock is holding the instrument's strings
BODY
The body of this instrument is made of wood which is painted and lacquered
but some guitar bodies are also made of polycarbonate or other materials
NECK
The neck is the part of certain string instruments
that projects from the main body and is the base of the fingerboard
where the fingers are placed to stop the strings at different pitches
KNOBS
Electric guitars have a volume control to attenuate whichever pickup is selected
and allowing to modify the volume level
